Mr. Yakout is a dedicated field engineer supervising exterior repairs on high-rise buildings. He joined the firm in 2004.
His representative projects include the façade restoration of the luxury co-op The Majestic, New York, New York; façade and terrace repairs for the landmarked One Hanson Place, Brooklyn, New York; and façade and roof replacements for 800 Park Avenue, 784 Park Avenue and 998 Fifth Avenue, all on Manhattan’s Upper East Side.
Mr. Yakout has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering and is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the states of Connecticut, New York and Florida.
